- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Handle front desk activities including answering calls, responding to inquiries, and managing appointments or walk-in customers and process payments and handle transactions accurately - Support daily retail operations such as product display, stock replenishment, and cashier duties - Provide product recommendations and assist customers with purchasesa Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management - Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Can work as a team - Strong communication skills - Organized and good attention to detail - Min. 2 years experience as a receptionist Sales experience is a plus - Experienced in Gmail, Google spreadsheets or Microsoft Excel - Open to Indonesians only
